By the time you get seen you'll either be well again or you'll have passed away from your illness. Some of the doctors are great but others can't even be bothered to take more than a minute finding out what's wrong with you. I left feeling that I had not been properly seen. That I had been hustled out the door with an injury that requires attention and is still troubling me a almost two months later. I don't even know the name for my injury as she never bothered to tell me. The experience left me feeling depressed. Like my wellbeing doesn't matter.

Been trying to get an appointment for 5 weeks now. Asked for emergency appointment today. Girl called back and said mine was not an emergency and was not nice or at all helpful. Called receptionist who helped me out to get a doc to call me back on Mon. Here's hoping it doesn't get worse.

Wonderful facility with good access and parking. Staff are always open, friendly and really efficient. I have always been seen on time and I feel that my concerns or questions have been listened to, heard, and taken seriously. I cannot fault my treatment at the Alva Medical Practice and would recommend them with confidence.
